Interactive Q&A sessions featured Jedox customers (like Cortina Watch and Carousell) discussing accelerated finance processes and reimagined workforce planning with Jedox jedox.comjedox.com.
Hearing peers talk about tangible results sparked plenty of ideas among attendees.
Part of a global series: The Elevate 2025 roadshow is connecting Jedox users and experts worldwide. (Coming next: Jedox Elevate Helsinki and Copenhagen in September – continuing the global knowledge exchange jedox.com.)
Platform Tech Update
July brought exciting technical updates to the Jedox platform, keeping it at the cutting edge of AI-driven planning and user-friendly design. Here’s what’s new (explained in plain language):
Smoother Data Entry & Excel-Friendly UX
– Jedox now lets users enter data directly into web reports (Dynatables) and instantly write it back to the central model knowledgebase.jedox.com.
In practice, this means less toggling between Excel and the platform – you can adjust a plan number on-screen, and it’s immediately saved (with proper security controls).
The familiar Excel-style interface remains, but now with more power under the hood to streamline your extended planning process.
AI Assistant Built In
– The platform’s JedoxAI capabilities are expanding. Planners can ask questions in plain English and let the AI pull up relevant data or even build a quick report. For example, you can type “Show sales vs. target for Q2” and the system will generate an interactive view for you jedox.com.
This GenAI integration acts like a “digital business partner” for finance, speeding up analysis and helping users uncover insights without manual number-crunching. (It’s a bit like having a smart co-pilot for your planning!).
From FP&A to xP&A
– Jedox is emphasising xP&A (Extended Planning & Analysis) – extending integrated planning beyond Finance into other business units. In simple terms, xP&A means connecting financial plans with operational plans across departments (sales, HR, supply chain, etc.) on one unified platform.
This July, Jedox has underscored how its tools enable exactly that: companies can model virtually any scenario and tie together data from various functions, not just the finance silo jedox.com. The result is a holistic view of the business and truly collaborative planning.
These platform enhancements aim to make planning faster, smarter, and more inclusive across your organisation.
Across the Jedox Ecosystem
Jedox’s ecosystem of partners, customers, and community continues to thrive with new collaborations and success stories in July:
Community & Collaboration
– Jedox is playing an active role in the broader finance and planning community. Notably, Jedox served as a global sponsor for several FP&A thought-leadership events in July fpa-trends.com, underscoring its commitment to industry best practices.
From virtual FP&A Board circles to local finance summits, Jedox and its partners are on the ground helping finance leaders share knowledge on topics like AI in FP&A and integrated planning.
This ecosystem approach – teaming up with consultancies, user groups, and global finance forums – means Jedox customers benefit not just from software, but from a rich network of expertise and support.
Also worth celebrating: many organisations are choosing Jedox as their planning solution of choice, and existing customers are reporting impressive results. (See the next section for what the press had to say about a 91% forecasting accuracy achievement using Jedox!).
What the Press is Saying
July 2025 saw media coverage highlighting how Jedox is driving value in enterprise planning. Here are a couple of notable mentions in the press this month:
GoBeyond.ai – “Henkell Freixenet Achieves 91% Forecast Accuracy with Jedox” (July 23):
GoBeyond, an AI industry blog, profiled how the global wine producer Henkell Freixenet used Jedox AIssisted™ Planning to dramatically improve its forecasting accuracy gobeyond.ai.
By comparing AI-driven predictions against actuals, the finance team hit 91% accuracy in forecasts – freeing them up from manual spreadsheet work to focus on analysis gobeyond.aigobeyond.ai.
The article explains that Jedox’s AI capabilities (like predictive forecasting and driver-based modelling) helped identify key business drivers and enabled more agile, data-driven decisions gobeyond.ai
(It’s not every day you see a planning software in a case study alongside words like “91% accuracy” – a nice real-world validation of Jedox’s AI features!) You can read the full story for inspiration on what AI-assisted planning could do for your company gobeyond.ai.
